With his 25-year proven track record on both the client and agency sides, Ed’s powerful ideas have generated new profits for clients including Broadridge, Pitney Bowes Software, Wolters Kluwer, Clayton, NYCE, Harland Business Solutions, CT Corporation and others.
Beyond his breakthrough ideas, Ed’s experience with P&L responsibilities give him an advanced perspective that helps deliver cost-effective and highly-feasible innovations that motivate response. Ed’s skills have helped launch technology, publishing and financial services products, transform traditional operation models and create insightful segmentation approaches.
Ed has also co-authored ground-breaking research with Yankelovich, Inc. that uncovered the attitudes and behaviors that drive small business success. His pioneering direct marketing approaches open new channels, new markets and new revenue streams.
Ed earned a BA degree from the University of Virginia and his MBA with honors from New York University. He has lectured at colleges and universities, the Direct Marketing Association and has been quoted in major publications, including The Wall Street Journal and Entrepreneur. Ed also serves as the Vice President of the Bridgeport Rescue Mission and is the past president of The Trumbull (CT) Rotary.

Marcia’s marketing expertise has energized clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in industries such as financial services, education management, technology, healthcare and market research.
As a Vice President at Citigroup, she managed the successful transformation of Citibank.com, and led major research studies in brand perception, attrition and customer satisfaction. Throughout decades as a communications consultant, Marcia’s developed everything from go-to-market strategies and business plans to eLearning, speeches, presentations and countless collateral materials.
Marcia holds a BA in English from Harvard and an MBA in marketing and finance from Columbia University.
She also serves as the Vice President (and lead tuba player) of the Westport Community Band, secretary emeritus of Greater Stamford Toastmasters and a Trail Steward for the Aspetuck Land Trust.
Deirdre Fletcher brings a continual focus on the end-user to every project we undertake at BizMark. With 20 years in Marketing, Deirdre’s industry experience ranges from financial services to academia to managed services and healthcare.
Formerly an SVP, Account Supervisor at VGS Creative, Deirdre managed a team that created award-winning work for clients such as Oxford Health Care, Wellesley College, Yale University, Clayton, BMW Financial Services, Orange and Rockland Power, and Diageo. Prior to VGS, Deirdre was on the client side, most recently as the VP, Marketing for E-Sync Technologies, a managed services and IT consulting provider. Deirdre’s financial services experience was earned at Citibank. She worked as VP, Brand Marketing Manager for the Global Cash and Trade business and as an AVP, Marketing Manager for CitiMortgage. In both positions, Deirdre managed online, advertising, internal communications and sales enablement campaigns. Deirdre launched the first ever CitiMortgage website, and her team received a Star award for best campaign from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Deirdre holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BS in Marketing from Fairfield University. Beyond playing the role of Julie McCoy for all Family Fletcher activities, Deirdre is an active leader in the Redding school PTAs, manager of basketball and baseball booster clubs and an enthusiastic volunteer for the National Charity League.
Balancing ideas with pragmatism, Jane Steimer brings both strategic thinking and tactical implementation skills to the BizMark team.
Jane’s expertise includes marketing strategy, branding and positioning, advertising, product marketing and B2B relationship marketing. Jane’s client-side experience includes nine years at Oxford Health Plans, where she earned a gold Effie award for marketing effectiveness.
Jane earned a BA in English Literature from Binghamton University. She resides in Westport (CT) and enjoys long walks with her crazy dog, Asta, as well as frequent visits to NYC to sample museums, restaurants and the NYCB.
Adept at creating and implementing brand-building B2B campaigns for high-profile clients, Michele comes to the table with passion and skills to help brands accomplish their challenging business objectives.
Michele brings a broad range of marketing experience to the table enabling her to consistently think out of the box. She began her career in traditional Madison Avenue shops working with such consumer brands as Cover Girl and Visa. She also has extensive shopper and experiential marketing experience with brands including Mattel, Beiersdorf, Pepsi and JP Morgan. Michele honed her B2B and B2B2C skills working on-site with her Mastercard clients managing award-winning issuer and product marketing programs.
Known to her colleagues as a thinker, teacher and team-player, Michele nurtures enduring relationships and embraces collaboration. She earned a BA from Dartmouth College and currently resides in Fairfield, Connecticut, with her husband and two children.
Known for her devotion to bringing joy to her colleagues and clients, Brandi also offers a wealth of account-management experience.
Brandi’s experience includes such brands as Pfizer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline and Aventis. A marketing graduate from UNC-Wilmington, She is also the busy mother of two teenagers as well as a part-time fitness instructor.

Sue developed her talent at The New School of Design (Parsons) followed by two decades in advertising, promotion, direct marketing and graphic design.

Formerly a researcher with Fortune Knowledge Group (a B2B thought leadership subsidiary of Time Inc.), Brandon’s experience helps him distill complex ideas into engaging insights. Combining scholarly rigor with the curiosity of an investigative journalist, he’s widely published in academic journals, white papers and popular websites.
Brandon is currently a Doctoral Fellow at Columbia University working to complete a PhD. When he’s not writing, he’s probably at the park hitting golf balls for his golden retriever, Quinn.

Judy’s original ambition was to teach poetry at the college level. But that was soon forgotten when she landed her first job in advertising at a small B2B shop in Greenwich, CT. There, she quickly rose through the ranks, learning graphic design and production, media planning and more. Judy has served many Fortune 500 clients, and ran a successful marketing communications agency for many years.
She has been active statewide in historic preservation issues and enjoys life in her 1920-vintage Colonial Revival home with her Great Pyrenees Toby and Siamese-tabby mix Fillmore.
